Properties

  • Two component liquid based
  • Forms an elastomeric layer after self-curing
  • 400 — 600 % elongation at break
  • Having been liquid application, it forms a totally jointless / seamless coating
  • Adheres to the surface applied on (no adhesive or torching required)
  • Does not fail even when the surface cracks
  • Can be applied on both horizontal and vertical surfaces

(Reinforced Elastomeric Waterproofing Liquid Membrane)

Properties

  • Compatible with POLYFIGLA which is an (elastomeric / flexible reinforcement)
  • Can be used on high pressure underground structures.
  • Highly elastomeric in nature, it has 400% elongation at break.
  • No overlap joints and multiple coats form a single monolithic layer as it is a liquid applied coating which when dries up becomes a flexible elastomeric jointless membrane.
  • Has excellent bonding with all construction materials, surfaces.

Application Areas

  • Deep underground structures, terrace gardens, swimming pools, water channels, water bodies, building foundations.
  • Used for high pressure waterproofing.

POLYDEE® 41

(Highly Elastomeric Expansion Joint Sealant)

Properties

  • Two component liquid based
  • Highly elastomeric in nature
  • More than 400 % elongation at break
  • Does not leave edges.
  • Can be applied on both horizontal and vertical expansion joints
  • Does not lose elasticity
  • Being liquid applied, it forms a totally jointless / seamless treatment
  • Becomes monolithic with a layer of polydee — LM
  • Expansion joints of any size can be treated with Polydee — 41
  • No volumetric contraction takes place

Application Areas

  • Concrete air strips /taxi tracks.
  • Pavements stress relieving joints, decks, parking ramps.
  • Cantilever decks, warehouses, driveways.
  • Parapets, bridge cantilevers, retaining walls, subways, caulking of window sils and doors, skirting , wall / floor joints

Sealing of expansion and construction joints as well as joints between different construction materials in high rise buildings, basements, floorings, precast concrete panels, tiles, bricks, marble, metal container finishing. repairing of non-moving concrete cracks and control widths.

(Anti-Corrosion Material)

Properties

  • Elastomeric in nature, 400% elongation at break, unlike products which are brittle.
  • Being elastomeric, it does not crack, the protective layer stops further corrosion, blocks environmental effects.
  • It is a liquid applied coating which when dries up becomes a flexible elastomeric jointless monolithic layer. Has an excellent bond with the substrate.

Application Areas

  • Useful for fertilizer industries, protection in saline environments, underground structures.
  • Protects from corrosion.
  • RCC structures, pipelines, metal structures, coastal regions, corrosive environments.
  • Urea, acidic and alkaline environments.
